Worry Dolls are tiny, little handmade dolls that originated from Guatemala. They are crafted normally from sticks, paper, threads, and really any material that is around you. According to Mayan legend, Worry Dolls are here to ease our fears and anxiety. When you go to bed, you tell your worry doll all the anxieties and issues you are feeling and put it under your pillow. When you wake up, the worry doll will have taken all of your anxieties away. Today, Inga will show you how to create one for yourself! Check out the video here!
