To be eligible for BHSN’s internship program, you must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (please see individual internship postings for specific position requirements).

Meet Natasha
Operational Compliance Auditor
Starting as a Customer Experience Specialist with BHSN 3 years ago, Natasha quickly moved into her current role of Operational Compliance Auditor, with her sights set on obtaining her PhD in Forensic Psychology. When a mentor saw her passion and potential, he recommended that she consider going into the social work field.
At the time she pushed it off, that is, until she started to see firsthand the true impact that the BHSN mental health professionals had on the lives of those we serve and our communities.
When passion meets purpose...
After taking some time to reflect, Natasha made the bold decision to move forward with pursuing her MSW from Rutger’s University’s MSW program. Under the field supervision of the same mentor who recognized her potential, Natasha has completed her general foundation placement with the BHSN PROs program and recently started her clinical placement in the School-Based Mental Health program.
“My favorite thing about working for BHSN is the support we have for each other as a team. Our Customer Experience team has shown incredible resilience throughout COVID-19 and has grown in a way that makes you feel as if they are your safe space and your family.
The passion our team has for helping others and witnessing the genuine connections they have created with members of our community is truly amazing. Also, it would be remiss of me not to mention that I have received nothing but support and flexibility from upper management in regard to continuing my education. Without hesitation, they have made it possible for me to continue working full time while accommodating the hours required for my internships, and I’m lucky enough to have the opportunity to intern at the same place I work!”
