Starting as a Customer Experience Specialist with BHSN 3 years ago, Natasha quickly moved into her current role of Operational Compliance Auditor, with her sights set on obtaining her PhD in Forensic Psychology. When a mentor saw her passion and potential, he recommended that she consider going into the social work field.
At the time she pushed it off, that is, until she started to see firsthand the true impact that the BHSN mental health professionals had on the lives of those we serve and our communities.
After taking some time to reflect, Natasha made the bold decision to move forward with pursuing her MSW from Rutger’s University’s MSW program. Under the field supervision of the same mentor who recognized her potential, Natasha has completed her general foundation placement with the BHSN PROs program and recently started her clinical placement in the School-Based Mental Health program.
