I started my career at BHSN as a clinician. Since then, I’ve been encouraged to face challenges, lead, contribute, to find better ways, and to grow my passion as a professional.

We’re risk takers, problem solvers, listeners. We think outside the box and break through comfort zones. What I love most about my job is watching our team grow and flourish, and finding out just what drives their passions.

How many people can say that they’ve been given the chance to define their own career path? To help lead an organization into the future? We’re a catalyst for change here. And working at BHSN has given me the opportunity to be a part of redefining mental health services.

As we plan for the organization’s growth, we place a strong emphasis on supporting our team’s personal and professional growth. With our industry-leading BHSN University, team members have the opportunity to take courses, gain leadership skills, and sharpen their skills in industry-related fields.
