A therapeutic group activity program which provides after-school, evening, weekend as well as summer services to at-risk youth and their families.
The goal of School Based Services is to create consistent treatment, ease of access, decrease missed classroom time in school, crisis intervention, and symptom stabilization.
FAMILY PEER SUPPORT SERVICES
(FPSS) is designed to support the parent/caregiver and strengthen their skills to better assist their child with mental health needs.
CHILD HOME & COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES
Home & Community-Based service plans focus on the unique needs of each child and builds on the strengths of the family unit.
Short-term and temporary care to families in Clinton, Essex and Franklin Counties, NY who do not currently have resources to assist in caring for a child with a mental health diagnosis.
THERAPEUTIC FOSTER CARE
The (TFC) program is designed to serve children and youth who require individualized, intensive foster care services in Clinton, Essex and Franklin counties.
CHILDREN & FAMILY TREATMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES
These mental health and substance use services, available through Medicaid, give children/youth (under age 21) and their families services to improve their health, well-being and quality of life. These services are provided at home or in the community.
Crisis Services are designed to fill the community’s need for an innovative unit that explores new methods of treating and assisting people in emotional crisis through a variety of therapeutic services.
