ADVENTURE BASED COUNSELING


A therapeutic group activity program which provides after-school, evening, weekend as well as summer services to at-risk youth and their families.

CARE MANAGEMENT


Care management is designed to meet the needs of youth by developing supports around the family to help reach identified outcomes.

CHILDREN & FAMILY TREATMENT & SUPPORT SERVICES


Mental health and substance use services, available through medicaid, for youth and their families to improve wellbeing.

CLINICAL SERVICES


The Center for Well-Being Outpatient Clinic provides a full range of psychiatric services within a clinic setting to individuals who have or are experiencing a mental illness.

CRISIS SERVICES


Crisis services are designed to explore new methods of treating and assisting those in emotional crisis through a variety of therapeutic services and resources.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE SERVICES


EAS is an employee assistance program which contracts with employers to provide early detection and effective intervention for employees.

FAMILY PEER SUPPORT SERVICES


Family Peer Support Services is designed to support parents and caregivers and strengthen their skills to better assist their child with mental health needs.

HOME & COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES


Home and Community Based Services creates service plans that focus on the unique needs of each child and builds on the strengths of the family unit.

HOME VISITATION SERVICES


Home Visitation provides visits by trained professionals to high-risk parents who are pregnant or have young children following the Healthy Families America model.

MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCACY


MHA provides education, advocacy, information and referral to the community on behavioral health issues. The Anti-Stigma sub-committee endeavors to create awareness of stigma and works to lessen it. 

PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY FOR CHANGING TOMORROW (PACT)


PACT is a batterer accountability program for men who perpetrate violence towards their partners. PACT works to teach and foster non-abusive and non-controlling behavior.

PERSONALIZED RECOVERY ORIENTED SERVICES


Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) is a comprehensive model that integrates rehabilitation, treatment, and support services for people with mental illness.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES


Using a person-centered approach and a continuum of care, participants are empowered to pursue their goals as identified in their individualized support plan.

RESPITE SERVICES


Respite services provide short-term and temporary care to families who do not currently have resources to assist in caring for a child with a mental health diagnosis.

SCHOOL BASED SERVICES


The goal of school based services is to create consistent treatment, ease of access, crisis intervention, symptom stabilization and less missed classroom time.

STOP DOMESTIC VIOLENCE


STOP Domestic Violence is a NYS certified program providing services to domestic violence victims, educating the community, and building safe community collaborations.

SUPPORTED EDUCATION SERVICES


Supported education provides support for individuals with mental health disabilities to take advantage of skill, career and education opportunities.

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES


Our Supported Employment programs offer people with disabilities opportunities to enter the workforce and be successful in maintaining employment.

THERAPEUTIC FOSTER CARE


Therapeutic Foster Care is designed to serve children and youth who require individualized, intensive foster care services in Clinton, Essex and Franklin Counties.
